Fund acquires stake in the hidden champion IN-VISION

CUDOS Group acquires a 50% share in the Austrian 3D Printing hidden champion In-Vision.

CUDOS has invested in IN-VISION Digital Imaging Optics GmbH based in Guntramsdorf (Lower Austria). The manufacturer of high-end opto-electronical systems will be provided with both equity and management support. This  allows further expansion in promising industry verticals such as 3D printing, industrial metrology or maskless lithography.

IN-VISION is an approved Texas Instruments DLP design house partner providing manufacturing and engineering services ranging from electronics and optics design to full system integration, prototyping and serial production.

 

From analogue films to 3D optics

Their roots lie in the analogue film and movie projector industry dating back more than 30 years. Nowadays, customers rely on their long-term expertise which they have expanded over many years to evolving technologies in areas such as 3D cinema optics, 3D metrology, lithography as well as medical and life science applications.

IN-VISION is the only Texas Instruments listed manufacturer of dedicated optics suitable for 4K digital cinema installations worldwide.
